SB199, and Why I'm Not Suprised

So it looks like California's SB199 was passed. This law will require all airsoft guns in that state to compromise their appearance for no reason. As soon as I've heard that SB199 was proposed, I thought to myself "this will definitely pass", and I was right. Here's why...

Even though airsoft probably has over 100,000 players* (and it's growing), we're still an extremely small minority when it comes to everything else. Assuming there are 100,000 airsofters in the US, we still make up only 3% of the US population. The other 97% don't care, as they're too busy watching TV or doing whatever it is that they do in their free time(do they have any free time?). As a result, the airsoft industry (and players) can easily get pushed around without consequence.
This is one of those instances where you get an authentic inˈsectan experience.

So what would I do if I were in California? First I would ask myself why I'm in California. Then I would take my revenge on them by going to an airsoft field and having fun! Californians hate fun, so telling them about how I play airsoft would just ruin their day.

*Even though TCASPR's data only shows ~47,000 records I'm doubling it as I don't think very many people know about this website. (This is the part where you add your data and tell your friends about it!)
